My journey didn\u2019t start in a professional kitchen, but rather at a flour-dusted counter alongside my mum. As a young girl, she taught me the “proper” way to rub butter into flour and the importance of a well-timed bake. From those first childhood lessons, my passion for the craft simply took off, and I have been perfecting artisan bakes ever since.<\/p>\n

\u200bI have always held onto the flavors and traditions of my heritage\u2014the kind of delicacies that define a rainy afternoon or a slow Sunday morning. It became my mission to bring those genuine textures and flavors to my own community. While I began by mastering the golden, tender crumb of our Scones and the signature honeycomb lift of a Crumpet, these were simply the first chapters in a much larger story.<\/p>\n

To me, providing these traditional foods is about more than just a business; it\u2019s about sharing my family\u2019s history and the genuine warmth of a British tea room with my neighbors.<\/p>\n
